- Prepare Mechanical reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information as per trends
- Work on Productivity and system efficiency improvement by ensuring maximum utilization of manpower, machine, materials, methods, time and information
- To knowledge NDT like Radiographic test, Dry penetration test and Ultrasonic test for SS material, Carbon steel material and Incoloy 800HT. Prepare for NDT (Butt & Fillet) joint, Material Test and defect find out and take necessary action
- Installation, Operation, maintenance and repair to ensure that machines and equipment are installed and functioning according to specifications and SOP
- Discuss, observe existing strategies and techniques and coordinate manufacturing, installation, fault finding, investigation, repair & Modification and testing activities to ensure compliance with specifications, safety codes, firefighting, health & safety equipment for improvement and submitting to all forms of Evaluation during the Erection and Commissioning period
