Manager, Food Production & Services |
Primarily responsible for:
- Menu planning
- Ensuring supervision of quality food production and services.
- Banquet arrangement
- Quality check of raw materials and cooked food
- Control of wastages
- Implementing portion control
- Follow food and safety regulations
- Ensuring the members are satisfied with food and service.
- Great Leadership abilities.
- Enough knowledge of the food industry.
Qualification:
- Preferably graduate and diploma in Hotel Management with specialty in production & F&B services.
Experience:
- 10 years practical experience in similar position in any reputed hotels and Club at home or abroad.
- Educational qualification may be relaxed for candidates with higher experience and professional knowledge.
Age limit : Upto 40 years.
Salary: Negotiable (Commensurate with experience and qualification of the position).
